Quick Answer

A practical Endacopia completion estimate is 5-7 hours for a guided main-story run, 6-9 hours for a blind first playthrough, and 8-12+ hours for 100% achievements and all endings. Speedrun.com already has verified Any% Ending A/B runs around 52-55 minutes, but those are optimized lower bounds, not normal first-play estimates.

How long is Endacopia?

There is no official developer playtime target. The current public estimates do not agree on one number: a HowLongToBeat result visible in the US search snapshot lists about 9 hours for the main story, 6.5 hours for main plus sides, and 11.5 hours for completionist play, while Adventure Game Hotspot describes the game as taking more than 10 hours depending on puzzle-solving pace.

Use those figures as third-party reference points, not guarantees. This page keeps a wider planning range because route knowledge, retries, optional secrets, all endings, and achievement cleanup change the total. The range remains conflicting estimates / replay pending until a guided and blind current-build run is recorded.

Evidence note: the playtime figures above are public estimates, not a developer specification. See the US playtime SERP snapshot and Adventure Game Hotspot review.

Time Estimates

Run TypeEstimateWhy It Varies
Demo / Prologue only30-40 minutesPublic walkthrough notes frame the prologue as the demo-style opening section.
Guided main story5-7 hoursUsing exact puzzle answers cuts out most search and backtracking.
Blind first playthrough6-9 hoursNonlinear area routing, mini-games, and object logic add time.
All endings7-10 hoursEnding routes are faster if you keep branch saves before Saw Box and boss decisions.
100% achievements8-12+ hoursFishing, soccer score, boss avoid/fight branches, and secret cleanup can add retries.

What Adds The Most Time?

  1. Going blind. Endacopia's strongest puzzles are fairer when you track room state, but they still reward observation.
  2. Mini-games. Soccer ball 100 points, dice, fishing, and boss fights can each add retries.
  3. Ending C / Stay. The route requires multiple secrets and can become expensive if you lack a branch save.
  4. All fish. Steam confirms the I Want To Be A Fisherman achievement for catching every fish.

Speedrun Baseline

Speedrun records are useful because they prove the game can be finished much faster than a blind playthrough, but they should be used as a lower-bound benchmark only.

Fastest Way To Reduce Time

Use the Puzzle Solutions page for exact answers, then keep one save before major branches. If you are only checking whether Endacopia fits an evening session, expect one focused session for a guided route and more than one session for 100% cleanup.
